We specialize in event marketing which supports our members through gathering a quality audience. All while nurturing a society where women support each other.

Whether we want to believe it or not, women need to stretch their time between their personal and professional lives. Leaving them to squeeze growing their businesses during pockets of time.
Female entrepreneurs lack the time, energy and confidence to grow, scale and lead a profitable business.
All too often, women are feeling torn between growing a family or a business; job security or owning their time; success or self-care. We believe that creating a well-rounded space means no longer having to choose between one or the other. You can create the lifestyle of your dreams. And the only way to do this is to design life through entrepreneurship, on your own terms.
The United States has 12.3 million women-owned businesses. Yet almost 90% of all women-owned businesses generate less than $100,000 a year. And with the cost of living in Hawaii being 88% higher than the national average, entrepreneurship may seem like a fantasy for most.

THE GATHERING SPACE
The space is located on the ground floor of the Hawaii Kai Executive Plaza. Local banks, eateries, and coffee shops are all within walking distance from Gather. And with nearby hikes and ocean activities, you’ll experience group self-care activities with other like-minded entrepreneurs both indoors and out.
The space is 1,300 sq/ft, including private offices, dedicated desks, a conference room, a comfortable coworking lounge area, and spacious event space. Our lounge area is used for regular accountability meetings, book clubs, and intentional coworking discussions.
The conference room walls are designed with retractable folding glass walls making it flexible to accommodate various events like morning group yoga flows, guided meditation, and regular panel discussions.
Our dedicated desks and private offices include mail and cleaning services. And with a private entrance and a noise-dampening design, you’ll feel like the CEO you truly are.

About Our Founder.
Hi I’m Michelle! I’m a first-generation American who experienced the legacy of empowered women. My Grandma Betty (dad’s side), a single mother of five, and my mom both uprooted the Philippines to explore a better life in Hawaii as entrepreneurs. Watching my family pursue freedom, they’ve set the tone for the journey I’m on -- to empower myself and others to design a life full of commitment, impact, and community.
