How To Be A Dreamer

If you could wish for anything in the world, what would it be? Dreaming up a big idea is exhilarating, but most are too afraid to take the next step. Think about the most successful person you know. She’s someone you look up to online or perhaps a close friend who’s striving to achieve everything on her bucket list. Her ambitions all started from a dream.

Tiare Thomas Harris is a professional dreamer! “I was going through a major transition in my life when I created my first dreamboard,” Tiare shared. “I introduced this tool to my close friends. And after seeing the positive impact it made in their lives, I felt called to share it with the world.”

In this blog post, you’ll hear how Tiare found her purpose and how she pursues her dreams every day.

What led you to become a dreamboard professional?

I started offering free workshops as I was curious to see the impact dreamboarding would have on people who I didn’t really know and to see if people even would want to try it out. The results proved that this was something to explore and continue.

I followed my intuition as I listened to the dreamers I lead. Then one day I did a trade with a life coach, we did a dreamboard session for a life coaching session. I was in tears and deeply impacted by her session.

We became great friends and along our journey together she recommended that I look into the life coaching program she went through because she could see how the skills I’d learn would support my dreamboarding clients on an even deeper level...especially their stuck points. She was so right!

And ever since I became a certified life coach, I’ve implemented the exercises and knowledge I learned into my dreamboarding method.

Share the biggest dream that came true for you so far.

Manifesting my son Louis! Having quality time with Louis and my husband Erik, enjoying the sunset, an ocean view in Waikiki, in nature and dancing to live music.

This has been our regular weekly family date nights. It brings me so much joy and I am filled with gratitude to be living this dream.

How do people benefit from your way of dreamboarding?

Aloha Dreamboard’s unique method of dreamboard is effective because of our process. We start with a deep dive in nine core areas of your life to gain clarity on what your dreams are.

Throughout the process we incorporate Neuro tools, Feng Shui, mindfulness, guided visualization, intentional journaling and more. Our clients have manifested a variety of dreams, from their dream relationship to dream trips to a career change, their dream home to creating their dream business.

Most of our clients are entrepreneurs and I’ve witnessed them going from feeling stuck to ending our session with a new ignited passion towards taking action on their mission. It’s so powerful and rewarding to see!

Why is it essential to pursue our dreams? How do you support and celebrate other dreamers?

Clarity, commitment, support, accountability, trust, grace and faith are essential when it comes to pursuing your dreams.

It brings me joy to support and celebrate other dreamers. A few ways I do this are by holding space for them and meeting them where they are at on their dream journey, through practicing deep listening, compassion and love.

As a life and business coach with a background in NLP, I guide them by asking clarifying questions and implementing neuro tools, diving deep into what they truly desire in life from a place of abundance and love.  This helps them to create dreams and goals that are more fulfilling. When it comes to celebration, I honor their request of what celebration looks like to them.

Celebration can be anywhere from a cheers with a celebration drink, words of encouragement, acknowledging their growth, dancing, watching the sunset, or an act that speaks to their love language.
